Same great food as the Arsenal BBQ but set in the ¡Fest Republic factory turned festival grounds. The ribs are quite good, but the quality/price could be better. The choice of beers is rather limited. Expect to be told that you are not allowed to sit more than four people at one table, and then see this rule blatantly ignored all around you. Extra star for the abundance of cats that will gladly interact with you and eat the leftover ribs that you toss to them.

A nice place with idiotic rules. No knives and forks. Ordered ribs with all kind of addons including baked potato. The rebis nice and good but while eating the potato with hands, spilled its juice that was in the packedge all over my shirt and shors. Would not happen if eated with fork. Had my apron on, didnt help

The best ribs in Lviv are served here. The kitchen is open and you can see that they cook them on an open fire. As a result, the ribs come out with the crust and smokey taste. It turns out very tasty. Keep in mind that the food is served on a piece of paper, without dishes and utensils, suggesting that you should eat with bare hands (after all, it tastes better that way). They put a large roll of paper towels on the table and there are plenty of washstands right in the hall, so it does not cause difficulties.

Really not too bad! I mean fresh meat supply, cooking procedure honed to perfection with tons of ribs devoured by thousands of guests, come on, it should be perfect! My only grudge is, they do not offer variety or marinades. They run one gig which is pretty bland to my taste... side sauses do not provide complete satisfaction.
